Dec 26, 2012

As you approach the New Year, what will your resolution be? To lose weight? To get in shape? To pay off bills? Why not try something original – and something that will really make a difference beyond your own home and family? We’d like to challenge you to make a commitment to protect our most precious natural resource – our water supply.

You might think, “But I like my long hot showers” or “I save enough – let someone else be responsible”, but really, many effective water conservation efforts can happen with very little sacrifice on your part at all – turning off the water while brushing our teeth, or installing low-water usage toilets.

But what about your water treatment systems? If you use an old water softener system in your home, consider replacing it our eco-friendly soft water PE service which dramatically reduces the amount of water wasted as the regeneration process is done efficiently in our plant – not wastefully in your home. It also eliminates salt being dumped down the sewer. If you use an old water softener system in your home, consider replacing it our eco-friendly no salt water conditioner which does not waste water and eliminates salt being dumped down the sewer.

In our part of the country, consumers need to really buckle down and be responsible for the amount of water they use. With many cities enforcing water restrictions, raising water rates, and facing drought and diminishing water supplies, we really need to take a look at how much water we are using.

Call today to learn how you can make a water-savings difference in 2013.
